Smart itinerary from your inbox
Forward a booking confirmation to trips@getventure.app and Venture reads it — flight number, hotel name, check-in time, activity details — and adds it to your trip automatically. Snap a paper ticket or a screenshot and it works the same way. You can still enter things manually, but you probably won't need to.
Group planning that actually works
Invite your group and everyone sees the same plan. They know what activities they're joining, what time the transfer leaves, and where the hotel is — without messaging you for it. Tag who is doing each activity, set shared reminders, and give everyone their own organised view of the trip. The WhatsApp group stays for the banter. Venture is where the actual information lives.
Expense splitting without the awkwardness
Track shared costs as they happen — meals, accommodation, transfers, gear rental. Mixed currencies and uneven splits are handled automatically. Every person on the trip can see what's owed and what's been settled, which means nobody needs to reconstruct a week of spending from memory.
Packing lists built for your trip type
Not a generic checklist. A dive trip packs differently from a ski trip. A liveaboard packs differently from a day hike. Venture builds a starting checklist for your activity, you add what's specific to your trip, and you can share the whole thing with your group.
Document vault with expiry reminders
Store passports, visas, dive certifications, travel insurance, and booking confirmations in a private vault that works offline. Venture tracks expiry dates and sends you a reminder before anything lapses — useful when you're organising a trip six months in advance and need to know if anyone in the group has a passport that won't make it.
Visa and entry requirements
Venture checks destination entry requirements based on your group's nationalities — visa type, validity windows, passport validity thresholds — and flags anything that needs attention before it's too late to fix.
Fully offline
Your itinerary, documents, and packing list are available without a data connection. Useful for remote trips, backcountry routes, dive sites, and anywhere the signal disappears.
Trip sharing
Share your location and itinerary with the people who aren't on the trip but want to know where you are. You control what you share and with whom.
