Broadway Dallas is proud to offer an app for ticket holders to manage all ticketing needs, access show updates, and even purchase tickets. Users can link their Ticketmaster account to Broadway Dallas to allow for seamless mobile entry into each show, as well as make reservations in the Crystal Terrace. Season subscribers can access all subscriber resources, such as purchasing additional tickets or upgrading to a CenterStage membership. Parking, directions, FAQs, and group sales are also available via the app. It's your one-stop-source for all show and ticketing needs at Broadway Dallas.

Just a word to say that if you are going to force us to use an app for our season tickets, you might want to make it a functional app. The current one is almost useless, as it signs out the user far too quickly, locks up constantly when trying to access my tickets, and ludicrously difficult to sign in to. A properly designed app has an OBVIOUS link on the home page to sign into my account, but your app requires a scavenger hunt to find a way to sign in.

Uninstall app & download new... I had frustrating problems with this app in Nov. 2021. I was never able to retrieve my Hamilton tickets with it. (I had too access my account through Google Chrome and then save the tickets.) When I tried to access my tickets, the app would post an error message "session expired,..." No way to sign-in. I reported the problem. No solution was provided. Now, in Dec. 2021, I deleted the app, reinstalled, and finally able to sign-in to my account.

This app is just not functional. Everytime I click on "My Tickets" it says log in expired, at which point the app freezes and I have to restart it. I'll consider re-downloading when they fix the myriad of issues, but until then I will be using the old School browser method of accessing my tickets.
