Kroenke Sports & Entertainment is excited to share Altitude Presents. With the aid of the app, fans may now connect their Ticketmaster account for mobile entry. For all events at Ball Arena, DICK'S Sporting Goods Park, Paramount Theatre including all your Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Rapids and Colorado Mammoth events.

This is the buggiest, most unstable, user unfriendly, app I've ever experienced. It has to be uninstalled & reinstalled multiple times, every time it's used. clearing cookies & rebooting your phone doesn't help. It tells you to connect the app to your Ticketmaster app, but then locks up when you try to do so. Even if you do succeed in linking apps, it still prompts you to do it again the next time you attempt to log in. Absolutely awful in every way.

This has to be the worst ticketing app I've ever used and it's even more unfortunate that we're forced to use it. The simplest of fixes, adding a log in/log out option is really all that's needed to dramatically improve the app the the devs and app owner doesn't seem to care as we have no other choice. So until then, be prepared to have to uninstall and reinstall this app whenever your session times out.

Not going to get into a lot of detail. Read the other reviews and a horrible and completely accurate trend will quickly appear. It's absolutely insulting to pay high ticket prices with all the insane fees and taxes, and they can't provide a simple app to then use the tickets they gouged us for in the first place. Negative 5 stars if it were possible.
