update: the fix has worked and the Ring can now reconnect. completely broken after last update and unable to connect to O2 Ring. useless.

Such a waste of time. You can't get it wet, so if you take it off to wash your hands, you lose hours of data. If it suddenly decides it needs a password, and now you have to reset it, you could lose hours of data. Bottom line: after wearing the thing all night, it's way easier than it should be to lose hours of data. And that happens way more often than it should.

Hi Kathy, thank you for your feedback. The ring is designed to keep recording even if removed briefly, as long as the data is uploaded before putting it back on. For login, you can use a PIN unlock between full logins to avoid repeated resets. Please see the in-app Help > FAQ or contact support at productsupport@apnimed.com if this continues

buggy. it randomly logs me out or fails to upload data from my ring. having to have a six digit code sent to me every morning to unlock it before I can take off the ring is inconvenient. if I take off the ring at all without logging in the data is lost.

Hi Spencer, we’re sorry for the trouble. Data should automatically upload if the app is open and your phone is within Bluetooth range. If you remove the ring, just wait 10 seconds and upload data before putting it back on. For easier login, you can enable PIN under Settings. If issues continue, please email productsupport@apnimed.com for help.
