The import accepts common audio formats such as MP3, M4A, WAV and FLAC, so a recording made with a voice recorder, a phone call app or a conferencing tool becomes a meeting like any other.

Use the result as an operational meeting record, not just a generic summary. Verbamint organizes what was discussed and clearly separates decisions, action items, blockers, open questions and next steps. It only includes owners, priorities or due dates when they were stated in the conversation.

PRIVATE MEETING PROCESSING

Your recording, transcript and generated minutes are processed on your device. They are not uploaded to an external AI service. No AI API key or user account is required.

An internet connection is needed for initial model downloads and for certain setup, purchase and update checks. After setup, recording, transcription and minutes generation can run without a cloud AI service. Content leaves Verbamint only when you choose to copy, share or export it.

WORK IN YOUR LANGUAGE

Choose a transcription language or use automatic detection. Generate meeting minutes in English, Italian, German, French, Spanish or Portuguese, independently of the spoken language.

SIMPLE ACCESS

Verbamint has a limited free tier: a recording and an import share the same daily slot and the same maximum length. Verbamint Pro is a one-time purchase that removes the daily limits on recording, import, transcription and minutes generation. There is no monthly subscription.

BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD

Local processing needs more phone resources than a cloud-based app. A modern 64-bit ARM Android phone with at least 6 GB of RAM and several gigabytes of free storage is recommended for minutes generation. Models are downloaded once during setup. Processing speed depends on your phone, recording length, temperature and audio quality.

Verbamint is designed for meetings of up to about two hours. Always obtain permission before recording other people where required by law.
