About this app

Read the candidate brief, walk in, and run the whole OSCE station out loud. SPOKEN OSCE ROLEPLAY
Read the brief and the clock starts. Take a history, request the examination or investigation you want in your own words, and relevant findings can appear during the station. Explain a diagnosis, break bad news or negotiate a plan — the simulated patient responds to how you say it, not only to what you cover.

Each completed OSCE station produces an exam-aligned practice estimate and a criterion-by-criterion debrief. Review what you covered, what you missed, the evidence behind every judgement and the full transcript of the consultation. Data gathering, clinical management and interpersonal skills are assessed separately, so your next step is specific rather than a guess.
