About this app

Verint WFM for Branch increases workforce engagement and collaboration with easy to use mobile features. The app is an extension of the core solution. Users can submit time off requests, swap and offer shifts, and set their unavailability preferences on-the-go from their mobile devices. Communication within the organization is made easy through our Connect platform.

Users can:
View daily schedules for all employees from the Branch Schedule report
View employee monthly calendars from the Connect Calendar
Employees can submit their time off requests and unavailability preferences
Employees can swap and offer shifts
Managers can review and respond to all employee requests

Ratings and reviews

I hate this app. There's more times it does NOT work than anything. At least once a month I get the 403 FORBIDDEN error so I have to delete the app and reinstall with a code from my office. You can't take screenshots for "security purposes" even though there's no personal information. And the scheduler function is pointless from your phone because it's way too hard to do. If the app would turn to landscape it might be easier, but of course it doesn't.

This app is trash. It hardly works. After I complete the 2-step verification, the verint app freezes up on a white screen. Force closing the app and starting over is the only option at that point; however, doing so will require me to go through the 2-step verification again. It's so unreliable that I started printing my schedule at work instead, which defeats the entire purpose of this app.

Absolutely horrible app. Takes forever to load when it decides to work. For the last 2 weeks I've gotten a 403 forbidden error message and cannot access my schedule from home. When it does work, it prevents you from screenshotting so you can't plan ahead for when it inevitably doesn't. Probably the worst work schedule app I've seen yet.

What's new

Verint WFM for Branch Mobile App has been enhanced in version 2.1 to support an organization who uses password-less authentication. Additionally, a change has been made prevent the unsupported landscape view as well as some minor security enhancements and bug fixes.
