User Interface is fine. Buggy at times, but usable for the most part. The most annoying feature is people showing "interest" in your cards. it's a waste of time 99% of the time. Just allowing offers or allow for the ability for users to turn off interest would make me use the app more often.

No accountability within the company. The owner refuses to compensate when items THEY shipped don't make it to the customers. They state all shipping is Insured, yet won't refund customers when there are shipping issues. Be careful using the platform, there are a lot more issues than just shipping accountability. Many documented platform issues, including switching out cards. DO YOUR RESEARCH!

Yes, I used this app and made a trade. Great concept, sadly it just doesn't work for me. The biggest problem is that it takes about 3 weeks to receive your cards. I will say, the individual I made a trade with was awesome. Another problem is, you it's complicated to track your package. Would be 5 stars if shipping was faster, and if you could track it.
