For me, it was user permissions not being enabled by my group admin. works great now. * Can view the cameras just can't change any of the settings, so it's useless as an app. As someone who installs these for a living and every camera is shipped with its image upside down, It's very frustrating.

Newest update. Mobile on my phone. Live view and going back footage. The white bar is over half the cameras image. Making it impossible to see anything. Only way to fix this is to tilt device sideways making it then lore difficult to navigate. Please fix. Old way was better.

Whoever designed the latest update should be fired immediately, along with whoever approved it. The Access Control is so unbelievably slow now that it completely defeats the purpose of having it in the first place. Do everyone a favour and revert to the previous version that actually worked.
