Uses a lot of battery and data. I never had issues with my phone battery or running out of high speed data until my landlord company forced me to download this app. My phone isn't very old and it's disappointing how it affects the performance. Also, the app almost never works how it says it will, and I often have to scan my phone multiple times before it unlocks doors

4/01/26 -App still flawed, no fixes. 1/15/26 - I have to close and reopen app every time I use it, otherwise app just cycles showing that all doors are unlocked, when they're actually not. This app is flawed and the developers don't attempt to innovate. 8/05/25 - App doesn't give option to sort starred doors. I use multiple doors throughout the day and have to scroll alphabetically to find the right door each time. Give the user the option to sort starred doors!

Uninstalled. The dev needs to remove friction and overhead. To use this app they expect you to keep it going in the background with Bluetooth on sucking up battery. I only need this app a few times a week to get into the gym. So I'd log out to kill the background process. But then had to log in again to get back into the app. And the magic link doesn't actually get sent. Very clunky. This has to be easier than a physical key. Keep trying!
