I have been working for a couple weeks through the app and now I can't submit bids for work, which doesn't make sense. It keeps saying error because pre requisites aren't complete, but as I keep checking, they are ALL complete. They were completed before I ever started working any Ops. So all the "bugs" must haven't been fixed. Now I'm missing work & money.

I wouldnt even give them that one .This platform is a complete waste of time. Most of the postings are fake or expired, and the few companies that they let me see in my job listing never accept my bids. Dont waste your time I did for a couple of years just to waste space on my phone. Ridiculous, not once did they give me a reason why i wasnt accepted at no bids plus they work to dealththey The interface is buggy, and customer support is non-existent when you need help resolving a glitch.

Had the app for 2½years and not a single shift was achieved. I bid equal to the the amount shown and even went as low to $2-3 below their shown rate for positions just to be dismissed and the position filled. Isn't worth the download when you could be using shiftsmart. It's disappointing to be qualified for positions you'll never work. Tried to delete my account and I received an email 04/21/2026 at 1:17PM that my account is suspended. Why are they holding my information hostage now?
