The vaccination record is at home, the appointment is now. The last worming was in spring – or was it summer?

VetWohl is a pet health record on your phone: vaccinations, worming, tick and flea treatment, weight, lab results, prescriptions and reports in one place instead of three folders. Free, and your data is processed in the EU.

Photograph the paperwork
– Vaccination booklet, reports and prescriptions, page by page
– From every sheet VetWohl suggests entries: dates, vaccines, lab values, medicines
– Every line is a checkbox. Correct it before you accept it, or accept the rest tomorrow
– If a sheet cannot be read, the photo stays in the record and you type the entry yourself
– PDFs and photos from the gallery too, up to 12 pages per document

Reminders before it is too late
– Vaccination reminders for dog, cat, rabbit and ferret, worked out from what is in the record
– Worming, tick and flea treatment are in the plan as well
– Your own reminders for grooming, a vet appointment or medication, at your time of day
– During a course of treatment, each single dose if you want it
– “Done” writes the entry into the history and works out the next date
– Saving needs internet. Reminders are planned by your phone, so they arrive offline too

Values over time instead of a paper pile
– Weight with a band for breed and age, stored for 142 breeds
– Temperature with a band for the species
– Lab results as a curve: blood count, organ values and urine, comparable over years
– HGB in one lab, Hemoglobin in the next: both land on the same curve
– In the profile as well: allergies, chronic conditions, blood type and microchip number
– Entries can be corrected, and the old line stays, struck through

Share the record, briefly
– At the front desk: a six-digit code that works for 15 minutes. If your practice takes part, it can read the record and add entries
– For family or a pet sitter: an invitation with full access or view only
– Export as PDF: the whole record, or just the vaccinations with the next dates, for a boarding kennel, a show or a groomer
– You take the access back whenever you want

That is also how pet medical records reach a new practice, without printing anything.

Which animals
Dog, cat, rabbit, ferret, guinea pig, hamster, rat, chinchilla, bird, turtle, reptile and fish, plus “other” for everything else: 13 species and 320 breeds. An automatic care plan exists for dog, cat, rabbit and ferret, where there are veterinary intervals worth calculating. For the rest the app says so plainly – you still get the record, the history, the charts and your own reminders.

Every pet gets its own record. If you like, note the spending too: food, vet, grooming, equipment.

Free, and your data stays yours
Your pet health record is yours. No subscription, no ads. Your data and your photos are processed in the EU and not sold. You sign in with a code sent to your email or with Google. You delete a document, or your whole account, yourself.

What VetWohl is not
VetWohl does not diagnose and does not replace your vet. A reminder is not a prescription, your practice sets the rhythm, and reference ranges are a starting point for the conversation at the appointment. We record what was decided at the practice. The PDF is a copy for information: it is not an official document and does not replace the EU pet passport. In an emergency, call your practice or the veterinary emergency service straight away.
