Ratings and reviews

The Nemours app is easy to navigate and very convenient. I love that I can message our providers when I have questions, view the visit summary, and prescriptions. The app makes it easier to manage appointments. I love the ability to view lab results as soon as they are available. The best feature is the real time update of my children during surgery through messaging. It's also easy to manage billing over the app. You can even update the profile pics yourself as your children grown and change.

When it is working I really like it. It I so nice to have all of my kids on it together, and to be able to see charts and make appointments. But half the time when I click on the app it only brings up a green screen, and never does anything else. It is frustrating to get a note from the Dr, but not be able to read it because the app is choosing not to work today.

Overall the app is great. It would be great if it was easier to upload all your appointments in your Google calendar in one shot. I have to spend 15 min or so going one by one on my appt to add them. Also, the app is very slow at loading content so you can image how long it would take to upload all my appt in my calendar. Please make that an option, it would be a time saver.

What’s new

The Nemours app is now Nemours Children’s MyChart. For existing users, your username and password will remain the same, and all of your child’s health information will still be available. While the look of the screens and the location of resources may be different, if you already use MyChart at another organization, then you will find a familiar experience. The MyChart mobile app requires Android OS 9 or later. If your device is not compatible, visit mychart.nemours.org.
