App immediately prompts an update, even though I have the most recent version. Doesn't even have the ability to allow me to pair a device. When clicking on the device list +, it asks for my email. This was a Christmas gift from my kids and can't even use it to its full capacity. So disappointing. Better off paying the extra $20 and getting an Ember.

Searching device just stops and doesn't find anything. There is no instruction to put in pairing mode and all attempts failed. Useless app.

Too simple with little explanation. It tells me to upgrade everytime I open the app (yes, I have upgraded each time). Won't find my mug when I search.
