I honestly think a decent app for parents my issue is the subscription price of $18.99 a month. At that price it should include some type of real person coaching via text or something. Below it says in a response $7.99 a month I have not seen that option. I do agree would be nice to have more material for teens and adults too.

Hi there Sandria. Appreciate the review. Know what, I will build one for the adults. I am trying to research more & see what they need. About that "real person" scenario, you can contact the therapists in our team and ask any autism related, strategy related question as many times as you want per month. We do reply in 24 hours.

Eventhough, I canceled my membership before the end of free trial of 7 days they charged me and now it's more than 5 days I am emailing them and contacting thier support to get refund and cancel my membership but no one is responding

Hi Hanen. We checked, & have also replied to other 1 star reviews you have posted elsewhere. You started on 6th Oct & cancelled on 15th oct. That is over the 7 days trial period, which is why you got charged. As per our terms, subscriptions was free for 7 days. & automatically charged after the end of trial period.

LOVE THIS APP. As an Autistic person, I love the fact that you can see the world as someone like me! VR mode is top teir! I love how it shows the difference and challenges people like me face every day! My only problem is that every single thing is behind a pay wall... but what do you expect from a VR simulation game? Thanks for the great experience, will use in the future.
