As a pensioner, it's difficult to get by sometimes and Viabill is good as long as one does not abuse it, as it is definitely predatory lending, but if you make sure to pay the total at billing time (always around 3 weeks into the month at the least convenient time unless you pay an added fee for a preferred billing date) it's good in a pinch. I use it for small things that aren't in my current budget with the understanding that I'm paying a higher price for convenience.

Wished to set up an account. The app said my phone number was already in use, which already seems really odd. I tried a newly bought SIM card and that made it through, and the email verification went flawlessly, but then the MitID check also failed! My MitID works just fine on four other websites, just checked. I tried the in-app help chat, and after navigating the really REALLY unfriendly chatbot that's doing its best to NOT pass my issue on to anyone useful, it just sent them an email...

Doesn't waste a second to send reminder fees. Didn't notice my automatic payment had failed right away, and the next day when I was gonna check/pay they'd added $15 reminder fee. Might be my fault too for a mistake, but 1 day(friday) accident period is wild.
