We've been with Viasat a long time (and the providers they bought out). It hasn't been bad. We had very few complaints. We just moved closer to town and we literally can't use our internet. It's so slow nothing happens. And unlimited is a joke. The new modems are terrible and no option to keep the older one. Also charged for a whole month bill for one day of use at our previous address. Now the app. Looks pretty. Seems easy. Too bad it's useless because it just closes. Viasat is awful.

The only thing it's good for is checking cumulative monthly usage. Supposedly it will tell you which devices are using what percent of the weekly total. But the data provided is garbage. How can you have one device use 35% of a weekly total, and all the rest are 0%? The TOTAL is 100%!! Where did the rest go?? Plus, it shows all the devices connected to the router, most of which don't draw any satellite stream. Useless clutter. Customer Service was no help. Said the app was imperfect....

Horrible!! The app and service is horrible!! My son can't play xbox, we can't watch a movie, the only thing it's good for is our phones. The app is complete garbage, it says we have 8 devices connected, when there isn't, the data is always wrong, it just sucks completely. Will switch to another service provider as soon as one becomes available.
