HYBE FIT is a hybrid training gym in Singapore built around two disciplines that belong together: combat sports and Strength & Conditioning. Our programs are designed to make you move better, hit harder, and get stronger, whether you're picking up a pair of gloves for the first time or looking to level up an existing training routine.
Our combat program is led by professional team with international medals and a coaching philosophy centred on making martial arts genuinely accessible. No prior experience needed, just show up.
On the strength side, our S&C coaches bring experience working with professional athletes and Singapore national team competitors. That same standard of programming gets applied to every member, regardless of background or starting point. The two disciplines are programmed to work together, so your strength work feeds your combat training and vice versa.
