About this app

VibraAssess is a structural vibration measurement and assessment app for engineers, consultants, researchers, and building professionals.

Using your phone’s built-in accelerometer, VibraAssess records vibration in three axes and presents the data through clear engineering-focused plots and assessment metrics.

Key features:
- Record vibration measurements using the device accelerometer
- View acceleration time-history plots for X, Y, and Z axes
- Review response factor, RMS acceleration, peak acceleration, FFT, PSD, Welch PSD, and spectrogram results
- Estimate dominant vibration frequency from recorded data

VibraAssess is designed for indicative vibration assessment and field review. It can help users understand vibration behaviour, compare measurements, and document site observations.

The app works offline. Measurement data is processed on the device and saved locally only when you choose to save it. No accounts, ads, analytics, tracking, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are used.

Important note:
VibraAssess provides indicative results based on phone sensor data and commonly adopted vibration assessment methods. It is not a substitute for calibrated instrumentation, detailed professional analysis, or formal design verification.
