About this app

Vicklar Driver is a professional driver app built for modern transport work.

It helps HGV drivers, van drivers, agency drivers and other professional drivers replace paper notes, scattered photos and manual records with a cleaner digital workflow.

Keep your daily work records organised in one place:
- Logbook and daily work records
- Fuel and expenses tracking
- Daily and weekly vehicle checks
- Weekly tyre checks
- Documents with reminders
- Contacts
- Timesheets
- Agency Pack reports
- Pay Calculator
- Tacho slip photo scan
- Custom loads and driver records
- Cloud backup and restore options

Vicklar Driver is designed, tested and improved with real driver feedback. It is made for daily road use, not just office theory.

The app supports a more paperless way of working. Instead of relying on loose notes, printed forms and photos saved across different folders, drivers can keep essential records organised in one app and generate useful reports when needed.

Employer connection:
When connected to a participating employer through Vicklar Portal, drivers can share selected records with their company. This can help reduce manual timesheet writing and repeated sending of daily checks, weekly checks, tyre checks, fuel records, expenses and supporting information.

For employers, shared driver records can be easier to follow, review and keep organised. For drivers, it means less duplicated admin and a clearer record of the work already completed.

Plans:
Free lets you try the app with local records and limited documents.
Basic gives you the full local workflow on one phone.
Pro adds cloud sync, cloud backup, restore on a new device and encrypted cloud document storage.

Vicklar Driver is suitable for drivers working across the UK and Europe, including individual drivers who want a better way to manage their daily records.

Some features depend on your selected plan, employer setup and availability in your region.
