I've been using Arc video player for a while (months), paid for the app, and would have rated it a 4. It's currently a 3, because about 2 updates ago, Arc will just randomly stop playing and also lose my place. The frequency of this happening is increasing, and it's becoming frustrating. Overall it's a decent app for videos. You can make playlists, adjust speed, shuffle, loop, ect. Hopefully the next update will fix the "suddenly stops playing & loses the place" problem.

I really enjoy this app. Only one major issue I have is that there doesn't seem to be a way to organize videos in a Playlist. would love the ability to just slide videos around but as of rn I have issues with Playlists not being ordered quite how I want them because of either lack of settings or it just likes to place videos in a random spot.

The look & feel, feature set and layout are just right. But after 2 days I switched to Next Player, not because the latter is any better in design, but due to stability and performance issues: deleted (by a file manager) files sometimes are still on Arc's file list; if I want to delete a video file in Arc, it sometimes fails; when brought from background to foreground playing, the previous few seconds is always annoyingly repeated. I will wait for a future release.
