Digital Invea is a one stop medium for all your Ethiopian passport, origin ID and Lasse Passer related services for Ethiopian diaspora. this Application allows the users to apply for new and renewal of their passport, Origin ID and Lesser Passer.
Digital Invea provides a secure way to provide necessary details, upload the appropriate documents, conduct the payment, and apply for new and renewal services(of Passport and Origin ID) with few clicks that takes 5 to 10 minutes. All applications will be processed within a secured administrative panel at INVIA centralized office. This reform will convert the manual and time consuming documentation processing into a robust online process via digital technology.

This App exports 'Kebele' to the US Initially applied for my wife's passport with the understanding it would be processed in 2 weeks. Going on 4 months and counting, after paying 160$, still no luck. People who have applied after her got their passports. This is typical 'Kebele' work. Very poor functionality!

Very poor customer service. So difficult to reach to someone to ask by phone. When the phone rings on the other end, someone picks up and tells you to hold on line and disappears. You can't even understand what the speak over the phone, they must be so greedy, that they do not have a land line or cell phone. They speak using their internet service and not clear at all. Poorly trained customer representatives. I lost my application. I have been waiting for six months. I lost $160.00 paid.

Terrable Service,terrable platform. Not even a refrence number is provided. Its been over 6 weeks since paying for a renewal service. Not even an update has been provided. Tried to send messages,emails, calling...no response.
