Digital Invea is a one stop medium for all your Ethiopian passport, origin ID and Lasse Passer related services for Ethiopian diaspora. this Application allows the users to apply for new and renewal of their passport, Origin ID and Lesser Passer.
Digital Invea provides a secure way to provide necessary details, upload the appropriate documents, conduct the payment, and apply for new and renewal services(of Passport and Origin ID) with few clicks that takes 5 to 10 minutes. All applications will be processed within a secured administrative panel at INVIA centralized office. This reform will convert the manual and time consuming documentation processing into a robust online process via digital technology.

1. Sometimes the keyboard covers the field you are typing in, you can't see. 2. The developers do not know that middle names are OPTIONAL. Not many Ethiopians know that, BTW. So, filling this form is a huge problem if you don't have a middle name. 3. Lately, the app does not even start. It doesn't work in either platforms, iOS or android. It might be mainframe server issues, or the app has a bug.

The app is great however the service is unreliable. I expected to get my passport within two weeks of applying and was even okay with paying the higher amount. On my first application I had to call them several times til they told me my application was denied because the price for a 64 page passport on the app was not up-to-date (not my fault). My second application is pending and it has been more than a month.

It is not possible to register with the app. Simply switch from mobile App to the mobile message, get the confirmation code and then enter the code in the App is not possible. Switch back and forth and the code has been constantly changed in the meantime. A bug?? It should be resolved. I don't think the app is ready to use yet. Anyway, it's a good sart and needs to be worked on.
