Ratings and reviews

The idea of having the app is good. But, the app is not well designed; the user interface is not well structured. Further, I suggest the developers to add flexibility of editing from the already existing templates (for example for Wikilina): who is going to type lengthy WIKILINA from his/her cell phone?

I had never used this app. I guess this application looks great for everything done within a short period and to reduce the hassles of living out of the country, particularly for the power of attorney, authentication, and legalization, but currently it is not working, and we don't know when exactly to fix it and start the app after it is newly upgraded! Please try to put it into effect as soon as possible. Thanks!
