The app doesn't save your progress when you fill out the form .Also recently difficult to upload identity documents. No reliable customer support .Please fix this issue that delay POA authorization.

to be honest the app was nice the navigation and evrything, but i have painful complain the first one it is veru expensive, and obviousley it is stealing as a nation how can we pay for service payment is 60 usd for service fee,how and make it logical i mever seen these kind of app to pay high payment, and the second one as i developer the section of broth selction, should be users to put thier birth date and year quickly, just i tap tap the arrows till i found my 19th brith year that nt gud.

Poorly developed app. Once created an account, submitted info through a frustrating steps, and making pmt, not being able to sign into the app again with email and password was alarming! I was not able to reset password either getting error message saying no account associated with said email! When I finally called a WhatsApp# and connected, I was told documents originated from Ethiopian can ONLY be authenticated IN PERSON in Addis and NOT tru this App! So be ware!
