I had a struggle at the beginning with error messages while I was trying to capture my ID information. A force restart of the app helped. But you have to to fill out the form from the beginning!

It was fast and easy to use especially to the people who lives faraway to the Embassy at least you can get the service at home. But it takes a few days to process and costs are much higher than normal around a 172 USD

The app doesn't save your progress when you fill out the form .Also recently difficult to upload identity documents. No reliable customer support .Please fix this issue that delay POA authorization.
