Dear. Who built this application, its not well done. It's a shame to use an app with issues to at leaast do a proper testing. For ex. There is no contact number, email, any type of support on the app, which is a basic feature of any app let alone an app for Ethiopian government. Seems the app was developed by amature and not a professional.

I wish they have a better system that functions well. I have been trying to log in for days now. The Apps on both of my devices do not work. It doesn't load anything. I am sure they spent lots of money to develop or hire this app that doesn't work. They should either come up with a better app that works well or take it down.

Absolute nightmare experience. I was forced to use this app for an Ethiopian Power of Attorney. The website advertised a cost between $62 and $95, but I was hit with a $211 charge instead. To make matters worse, the app charged my Visa card THREE TIMES ($633 total). It has now been over a month and I have received no confirmation, no application ID, and no service whatsoever. I have reached out repeatedly and have been completely ignored. They took my money and provided nothing in return.
