Dear. Who built this application, its not well done. It's a shame to use an app with issues to at leaast do a proper testing. For ex. There is no contact number, email, any type of support on the app, which is a basic feature of any app let alone an app for Ethiopian government. Seems the app was developed by amature and not a professional.

Great motive to digitize this, and 50k downloads prove massive demand. At $100 avg fee (~800M Birr), a 1% cut (8M) funds 20 devs at 35k/mo for a year. Yet basic UI fails: no back/home buttons, no dashboard, hidden password input, and sessions never expire, a major security risk. Feels like walking on eggshells around a kebele officer fearing a bug will ruin your case. Use modern AI tools to fix basic UX and secure session handling. Love the vision, now back it with execution.

I wish they have a better system that functions well. I have been trying to log in for days now. The Apps on both of my devices do not work. It doesn't load anything. I am sure they spent lots of money to develop or hire this app that doesn't work. They should either come up with a better app that works well or take it down.
