This application is good althuogh it is New to me. According to idea there two problems one from Customer and the other is from the system or Network 1. From the customer - there luck knowledge how to use the apps and making multiple files to edit again, simply using trial and error that can delay to approve timely. 2. From the system apps - Network Beusy.... - waiting un defined time

The application is very useful for Ethiopian citizens but there's no customer support for our issue for example my documents are rejected again and again after I submitted so nobody can help for customer experiencing problems even I want to ask to refund my payment that I paid for service so no one is responsible and email address to contact to fix our issue regarding the application

the app is not starting up and the phone kept warning me that the app has a bug that needs to be fixed. till then i cannot use it. please address this issue, thanks
