Ratings and reviews

No English language. So you cannot check data used. Viettel wants foreigners to use up their data so they can dial back their speed to save money, or to force them to top off their sim if they arent on an unlimited plan. The coverage is nice and quick. But for a major cell phone provider to not have multiple languages it's clear they want to keep you ignorant to how much data you have left. They can hire people to respond to reviews in English on here, but they cannot translate their app?

viettel is a popular SIM for foreign tourists, no consideration has been considered, no other languages have been added so they can use the app. Vietnamese only. have to waste time travelling long distances to go to a viettel store to update SIM. my case in point, the reply is only in Vietnamese which I can't understand and Google reviews doesn't allow to copy so to translate

Absolutely terrible app. Once I change to esim. Can't access app or make or receive calls. Now I have to go back to standard Sim. The whole thing cost 80k. Came into the Viettel store 3 times, none of them know why.
