It's a client used with plug and play IP cameras. You can view the real time IP cameras videos, talk and listen, PTZ control by using this version. And you can manage the user account, device parameters and the record datas. It's your wonderful assistent to manage your ip cameras.

after few months of usage, as a roller coaster, the storage in the SD is super random. doesn't work suddenly. I replace the card and it's the same. I can't trust all is working good all wise. I don't know what else to do. also when it decide to record, it doesn't do it with the audio. need some help in here

worked ok for about 3 months once I could get the settings to save to the camera and record properly off alarm trigger.. then it went offline, I have defaulted and reinstalled and reconfigured a dozen times and now the camera will not save wifi settings, or if it does it won't stay connected more than 3 seconds. There is no way to contact support in the app either, even if you purchase cloud storage (which also does not work at all, even when camera is online), yet still no tech support.

I pray you didn't waste your money as well. Not only is there no device info included, but there are aslo no QR scans they mention. If you do happen to get it to install somehow, the device does not connect or come online. The instructions are just as useful as the devices and this software. I've had a few of these devices and never this much frustration over something so simple and basic.
