It's been a long time since I started using this app. FY is one of the best shopping app for beauty, skin and hair products. The products are genuine and cheaper with variety of discount options. Customer care support really stands out in this app. Free gifts are their appreciable approach. Overall, it is a complete genuine app.

App runs smooth. It has become my go to app for online shopping for makeup products and self care essentials. But it would be better if we could select the products from the cart to checkout. And there were issues while trying to submit complain or feedback from the app. IDK if that's fixed already. Other than that, I am loving the experience overall. Keep it up!

I've shopped online via a few apps in Nepal, but this is the one I've loved the most. You'll get a quick response either you feedback or DM them on insta, I even got a call regarding some issue on the app. Once my parcel got misplaced and I contacted them, I got it back within a few days, whatever the problem is they'll make sure you get your parcel. All I wanna say is this is my most trustable app so far. No doubt.
