How do I know about loyalty points? I can't seem to find a way to search/redeem the promised cashback points anywhere. I have installed the app, followed you on insta, referred to a friend, placed an order worth 1000rs but got none of the reward/loyalty points.

I've been using Vilvah Products for a while and I absolutely love them. They're gentle, effective and truly worth it. My top favorites are their Milk Drops Serum and the newly launched Skin Finish Sunscreen.

No customer care support and also I have ordered product from Vilvah on 27th March 2026. it's already 6th day. product not even shipped. when I tried to track my order through app. there is no tracking clarity and also no support on customer service.
