i have placed my very first order on their app, am very much excited to get hold of the products and try them. But seriously you guys have to update your app, it crashes a lot, i received a mail stating my orders are dispatched after 4 days of placing and when trying to track , the app doesn't work. it shows 5-6 days of delivery duration but it's been a week . App is pathetic but I cannot say anything about their products as I am yet to use them.

the app is good .I ordered an under eye- eye cream and I have been using it since 27th July but there is not much difference in my dark circles,also I have started getting itching in eyes even though I didn't apply it in corners just below the eyes pls my eyes started watering daily once I started using it what's the point of buying.i think I should get my money back coz no difference in dark circles instead it started problem in my eyes

Very disappointing experience. I placed a prepaid order 20 days ago and still haven't received my product. The order status shows it is prepared, but there has been no delivery update. There is no proper human customer support—only an AI system that has been unhelpful. I also emailed the team but received no satisfactory response. Poor customer service and lack of responsibility towards customers.
