This is such a BS and spammy app. they send way too many useless notifications yet force you to keep your notifications on if you want to use the app or need to make payments. If you miss a payment date they charge an exorbitant amount in service fees. Shame on you.

So, as tenants we need to download this useless app so can reserve a space to use common areas like tennis court, BBQ. But according to the reception of our building (Imperia) only landlords can register the app. Then how do you expect tenants to use the public facilities? Requirement of fingerprint is also a hassle, there shouldn't be a line to enter a space like the park...

Since all tennis courts are booked within a minute or two after 8:00, which is not convenient for working folks, I suggest that the period open for booking is between 19:00 - 7:00 (next day) and the availability of the courts should be just for one day only instead of two days at a time.
