Needs to have access to your complete contact listing, an unnecessary invasion of privacy.... I'll book using my phone, that works just as well. The service is great, the app - not so great!

tired of the bs

Please help! I have always loved VIP and loved your app. However, since the last update it has kicked all my information out. When I try to enter it again it says my email is already connected to another account, yet I can't get to my account. It has a message on the bottom that says, "if you already created a password before..." and then it cuts off. I don't know what the rest of the message says. I really don't want to use a different email, can you please help me get this fixed?
