Ratings and reviews

The app is really frustrating. I don't know what is the mistake during my application but automatically they have rejected my profile. It has been over six months I think and my profile is still rejected. I tried to reach their support but no reply at all. I don't know what is the reason for rejection and there are no instructions on how I can re-apply or how I can correct if there are any mistakes in my application. Very upsetting and poor service. I hope I will get feedback.

extremely bad. you can not upload files requested. support is automated and irrelevant. portal is lowest quality in terms of log in and speed and interface.

Pathetic , I am unable to refund my Visa Fee as they as to share the Application number and after submitting all the required information they didn't provide me application number.
