The app is really frustrating. I don't know what is the mistake during my application but automatically they have rejected my profile. It has been over six months I think and my profile is still rejected. I tried to reach their support but no reply at all. I don't know what is the reason for rejection and there are no instructions on how I can re-apply or how I can correct if there are any mistakes in my application. Very upsetting and poor service. I hope I will get feedback.

Is it really necessary to go through authentication process every time we want to use app?? Make it just fingerprint/password like every other app..

Very inefficient to login, takes forever to login. Needs massive improvement in this app.
