About this app

Vital Flow is the private companion app for clients of Dr. Ivana Paz's
integrative wellness practice — one calm door to your personalized 90-day
epigenetic program.

Your program, in one place
• Your results, released chapter by chapter. Dr. Paz opens each part of your
epigenetic wellness report when it can help you most, rather than all at once.
• Your 90-day protocol: priorities, foods to favor, foods to set aside, and the
daily practice that carries them.
• Weekly sessions with Dr. Paz and your assigned guide — in the app, and face to
face by private video.

Daily practice
• A gentle journal for mood, energy, sleep, hydration, gratitude and intention.
• Rituals and streaks that grow with you, from ten minutes a day in month one to
a fuller practice by month three.
• The Sanctuary: guided breathwork worlds, including the signature Breathe Your
Faith 4:4:6 practice.
• Sound healing — 37 frequencies in lossless studio masters.
• Moon-cycle guidance and evening practices.

Private by design
Your data belongs to your program and to no one else. Access is restricted at
the database level: you see your own records, your care team sees only their own
clients, and no other client can ever see your data. We do not sell your data
and we do not advertise. You can export or delete your records at any time from
Profile → Your data.

Membership
Vital Flow is free to download. A seven-day free trial opens the membership;
after that it renews monthly through Google Play until you cancel. Manage or
cancel any time in your Google Play subscription settings. Clients on an active
90-day studio program have full access without a membership.

Access
Accounts are created by the practice for enrolled clients — there is no
self-service sign-up in the app. To begin a program, visit drpazvitalflow.com or
