Manage your access and personal data to enroll in the program.
Know your health status and well-being habits, through various self-assessments and questionnaires that allow you to know your vitality age and get points for maintaining your regular checkups and care.
Record your regular physical activity (via Vitality app connectivity with your smartphone's step counter apps or connecting to smart watches that track steps and heart rate)
Track and achieve personalized weekly physical activity goals, earning points that can be redeemed weekly for various rewards directly in the app.
Purchase Garmin smart watches, with exclusive Vitality program discounts, connecting your watch to the Vitality app for more complete readings of your physical activity. You can also receive up to 100% of the amount invested in your Garmin Smart Watch over 24 months, through cashback calculated as you reach your measured monthly physical activity goals.
