vitaRoute Manager is designed for managers of companies using personnel transportation services. Monitor your service operations throughout the day, see problems instantly, and complete pending tasks from your phone.

TODAY
Today's trips, completed, delayed, and missed trips, trips without assigned vehicles, and pending approvals all at a glance. Problematic projects are at the top.

LIVE OPERATIONS
Track the trips of each project live: scheduled, en route, and completed trips, delay time, stop visits, speeding, and estimated arrival. Search and filter by route, license plate, driver, or shift.

ALERTS
Delayed and missed trips, passenger requests, document and support notifications. Mark each operational alert as "dealt with" or "unnecessary"; alerts will improve according to your needs.

APPROVALS
Reservation requests, fuel price difference, and vehicle/driver documents — approve or reject with justification. Decisions are instantly synchronized with the web panel.

SERVICE RECORD
Punctuation and service score for the last 30 days, by size and project.
