not sure what bug has been fixed in the Feb 25 update. I'm having to wait up to a minute before the door options appear and then upto another minute before it let's me in. very annoying that there's a huge delay when many people are trying to get in for a morning workout before work. never had issues with previous versions of the app. I have tried cleaning cache, deleting data, even reinstalled the app. nothing works. please fix the issue. I'm using samsung s24 ultra.

The app has a great UI, just constantly logs you out when standing front of the gym. Like it only has a 30 day security token, which is ridiculous. Then it times out trying to locate doors, so you spend 20 minutes out the front of the gym like a bit of a goose. Adding the nfc to your wallet works on the turnstiles, but the main doors don't open at all. All a bit disappointing 😞

Went to the gym at 3.30am only to find out the app and website are down, which meant the gym can't be accessed. Someone else arrived at the same time and had to turn around too. Would have been good if a text message and/or email was sent by Club Lime to alert members of the situation. The only back up mechanism is a physical access pass which can only be obtained during staffed hours - not everyone has one + not feasible for everyone to obtain (as far as I'm aware Club Lime won't post them).
