With Vida Vively we can help you live better. With information, tools and interaction with other participants to achieve learning in self-care and self-efficacy in managing your own health.

THE GROUP

Participate in a group with 10 to 25 other people with whom to learn and share learning.

The group is led by other people with a chronicity called pairs. These pairs are certified by the Self-Management Resource Center and supported by an organization of professionals. In the face-to-face groups there may be an observer who is a health professional.

THE PROGRAM

The intervention in the chronic population with the most scientific evidence. A unique program implemented in more than 25 countries over more than 35 years. With more than half a million people trained per year.

Manage to improve your quality of life in just 6 weeks. With a weekly session in which the total dedication of the participant is 2 to 3 hours.

The program, the facilitators or leaders, the organization that offers it and every minute detail are certified by the SMRC's Center for Research in Patient Education (Self-Management Resource Center).
