I am not getting any update from my phone and I have not bought Vivo T3X 5G for even a month. The phone does not turn on after switching it off. It gives a lot of problems. If I play a game, the phone gets very hot. If I use any app, it hangs again. I bought the phone thinking that it has the best gaming chipset in the segment, but I neither play games nor use apps, the battery gets drained so fast. If I use apps like Amazon and Pinterest then the phone hangs and my app closes and shows loading.

never buying anything from vivo. made a transaction of 23999. They cancelled on same day still haven't received my refund. reason? bcoz takes 10 working days with festival holidays Saturday Sunday excluded. so approx 16 days only for the refund to my cc

I have a Vivo T1 5G phone, but its sensor isn't working. When I visited the service center, they quoted huge expenses—suggesting I replace the motherboard or the display. Please don't buy this phone; they are all turning out to be terrible.
