I am deeply disappointed and frustrated. My phone has dead pixels, which is clearly a manufacturing defect, yet my repair claim was denied. Whenever I run videos at full resolution, the pixels start failing — this is something your technical team can easily check and verify. I faced the same issue in both Vivo and Realme devices. Realme accepted the defect and supported the claim, but Vivo refused, despite being a premium-priced brand. As a customer, this feels unfair and disappointing. I truste

Not allowing to add address, without address how one will purchase any product. After typing address, submit button is not working.

my vivo Y53sis always complaining about high battery usage. I've tried everything on the phone from SMART CONTROL to RESTRICT BACKGROUND POWER USAGE, none worked!! Wish that there was way of disengaging rarely used APPS
