I am not getting any update from my phone and I have not bought Vivo T3X 5G for even a month. The phone does not turn on after switching it off. It gives a lot of problems. If I play a game, the phone gets very hot. If I use any app, it hangs again. I bought the phone thinking that it has the best gaming chipset in the segment, but I neither play games nor use apps, the battery gets drained so fast. If I use apps like Amazon and Pinterest then the phone hangs and my app closes and shows loading.

I have a Vivo T1 5G phone, but its sensor isn't working. When I visited the service center, they quoted huge expenses—suggesting I replace the motherboard or the display. Please don't buy this phone; they are all turning out to be terrible.

I bought the vivo V60 mobile. I got two Androids and then I didn't get any Android updates. This phone doesn't give Android updates. The phone hangs. What is the problem? I bought it and it's stuck. The mobile hangs so much and laps so much, it's not like I said. (INDIAN)
