About this app

Push-ups are exercises to strengthen your arms and chest muscles. They are done by lying with your face towards the floor and pushing with your hands to raise your body until your arms are straight. Push-up is actually one of the simplest yet most beneficial exercises you can perform to gain strength and muscle. A pushup uses your own body weight as resistance, working your upper body and core at the same time. In the standard pushup, the muscles like chest muscles, or pectorals, shoulders, or deltoids, back of your arms, or triceps, abdominals, serratus anterior are targeted.

150 Pushups Workout Challenge helps you to increase your number of push-ups up to 150 at a time in short time with system generated workout plan for each week based on your results.

Do pushups for 3 days as per workout plan and take rest on 4th day. Do test push-ups as much you can do at a time and set your test result. System generates next 3 days pushups workout plan based on your test results if your result is less than 150.

App also displays statistics and history of day wise pushup workouts done. You can also reset or clear your push-up workout plans. You can set time of daily reminder to do push-ups workout.

I love this app y'all....it's dope buh u need to reduce the speed of how the amount of push does per day...it's to much ...the body has to get used to the present before moving to the next stage..............buh in terms of everything else 🤔 it's really great.....and also give us an update of which may enable the app to outnext after every set....but it's a great app

Great app, I've been using it for 3 weeks now and the results are visible. It really helps you with the motivation and doing your exercises regularly

About 7 weeks in started at test day on 20 now up to 70. Well put together don't know how longer I can sustain the increases though. Although tonite it did increase my day 3 to a 4 minute rest. It definitely works. I was a gym bunny about 20 yrs ago. But this has got my chest bigger than its ever been
