I've had this app for over a year and only now am I getting rides. This app is missing so many essential features such as, a cancel button, a send notification button to friends and family lastly an in-app text box. I don't want direct messages coming to my phone. That could be dangerous for the customer. Otherwise, the prices are decent and don't surge. My drivers thus far have been better than 90% of the drivers on Lyft and Uber combined. Still, the app does freeze which can be a problem.

was able to use this app once and now im having a lot of errors with payment options and adding new debit cards. such a shame I really liked this app

every time I've used this app it's been terrible. the drivers either choose to arrive or they don't and most of the time they don't so I don't understand what the purpose is of joining in a driveshare app if you're not going to freaking Drive. I understand it's a new company here in South Florida but Lord get your things in gear and keep your drivers accountable if they don't want to pick up remove them from the app because at this rate that companies not going to be able to float here.
