Ratings and reviews

The app has serious stability issues on Android 16. It frequently freezes, stops responding, and the map intermittently turns black. The screen also turns off while the app is active, unlike Uber or Lyft, which function normally on the same device. I also receive zero ride requests at any time of day. I have called the numbers listed on the app for SMS and telephone support but they don't answer nor respond. Device: Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra OS: Android 16

App shows a message that it needs location access. The app has full location access, app cannot get past this message. It shows as soon as you launch the app. Using s23 Ultra.

Installed the app while going through the sign up, the app turned into Spanish with no way to change it
