I recently found out my insurance is changing service providers, I couldn't have been more disappointed! The Kannact representatives have been awesome; courteous, friendly, on-time and truly concerned with my well being. I bought a new phone which did not want to "play well" with the Kannact app. After several attempts we were right back on track. I miss you already!

Please fix the notes feature and let me change the setting of the reading to pre or post meal in the app. I can never remember to hit that button on the meter. My interaction with my health coach would be so much more informative if I could actually save the notes for each of my readings. When I click on the data point and add the note, it just says some weird message about "Vitals time cannot be future." Then it spins, and spins, and never saves the note I put in. PLEASE FIX THIS.

When the meter communicates with the phone app, it's great. But when it doesn't, it's inconvenient! Also they should add a bedtime button or tick so that you can enter a once-daily bedtime reading. Since the last update, I am unable to edit pre or post meal and notes?!
