Most of this app is good for when there is an internet outage and we need to route our business inbound calls to our cell phones, however there is a major issue that needs fixing... this app seems to work way better with iPhone vs Android based, as our voice-mails clients left were not populating in the app when used on Android phones (multiple Samsung phone models). Everything was up to date, and the only work around for this is to clear the Vonage app cache, close out of the app, & reopen it.

custom service is awful! Our business hasn't been able to receive inbound calls for 2 days now. We work remotely. None of us have been getting calls on our phone apps or desktop apps. they only communicate by email and it takes at least an hour to hear back after you respond. the tech keeps focusing on just my app, my cellphone and my ISP, which is nice but everyone is having the same issue, so the problem involves multiple cellphones and multiple ISPs.

App works pretty well for what its meant to do. Only complaint is it seems to have "authentication errors" and doesn't keep my signed in. The app has authentication errors every now and again and I have to sign in every couple of days. It's a minor inconvenience and the only negative is that I have to sign in again which I don't mind, but it can be pretty annoying to some. The app works pretty well otherwise and your able to control the calls from the app very well.
