Getting Started
• Download the Vonage Extensions VoIP app to your Android device
• Enter your mobile number, your Vonage VoIP phone number and your account password.
• View the tour.

Ratings and reviews

This app no longer is able to play voicemails - when navigating to that tab, it generally gives a spinner and then displays "No messages" even though I know I have new ones. In the odd chance it does display the messages, clicking on one causes a hang, a crash, or the "No messages" to be displayed. PLEASE FIX!! I thought it might just be the mobile app but then I went to the Vonage website on my PC and it turns out that it has the SAME PROBLEM. C'mon, really....?

This app completely changed how I interact with my vonage service. I travel a lot internationally and being able to have normal phone service anywhere in the world is just perfect. I demoted the app from 5 stars to 4 because of the limit on the number of phone numbers you can block. Call spam is a big problem and unless they permit blocking using wildcards (e.g. "block all calls beginning with..." etc), then you'll soon use up your allotment of numbers you can block. I'm not sure why they'd have a limit at all. In fact, their service should automatically block known spam numbers. 🙁

I've had the Vonage extensions app for several years. When I first started with it it worked well, then something happened and it wasn't functioning at all for a couple of years. Natalie minutes allotment was going towards my Vonage calls which cause my bill to go up about every month. I called to try to resolve it. Then just the other day, I had to reload the app, and it appears that the extensions app is working fine again. I do love the app, which enables my loved one to reach me wherever.
