This is one of the most useless and unresponsive App I have ever used. The name is far from Alpha Tech. I couldn't make any call. Once I dial the contact number to call, it will just return without connecting. I have 1K airtime on it. If it is possible to remove the 1 stars, I will. I recommend its removal from the playstore. Do something and get a better review from me.

This app was fantastic at first, for over 3 months of usage. But all of a sudden it stopped recognizing airtime recharge. I have recharged my account 3 times but it is still showing no airtime credit (for 2 weeks now) and I'm not able to make calls at all. I tried fixing the problem by force stopping, uninstalling and reinstalling, however problem persist. Management should take note please! Thanks!

Most Frustrating caller App I've used!!! If I had My way, I wouldn't have given it any ⭐. it's master app that only makes calls when it's willing and to the mobile number it wishes, it saddens Me that someone envisioned and created this awesome idea but He/She's allowing it to frustrated Users. The worst part of the story is; There's No customer Support Tab/portal, You can't make complaints, there's no setting Tab, there's literally nothing to help You modify the functionality of the app.
