Final Warning! I used this app for months and trusted it to store my personal dream entries. When I changed my phone, all my data disappeared. I contacted them and only received a response after several months, telling me I HAVE TO PAY to get access to my own data.If youâre thinking of using this as your primary dream journal, DON'T. You risk losing months or even years of personal records just because you upgraded your device or you pay for premium. This is very disappointing and frustrating.

Support is nonexistent. I emailed them about a constant error that sends notifications at the wrong time, and they have never responded. Update: it has been quite a while. They never responded. Confirmed dead app. DO NOT give them your money. Update: It has been many months since my first review, but there is still no response from support, no updates, and notifications still not following the in-app settings.

I've been using this app for years. Just got a new phone. I accidentally logged into the wrong email account and the app absolutely will not let me detach the wrong email to login with the correct one. Tried deleting all data. Tried uninstalling. Highly frustrating and discouraging. Edit: upgraded to 3 stars due to helpful developer response. Can't go higher at this time due to this sign out issue. Lots of work to switch accounts currently.

Hi Toby:
Option 1: with âwrongâ email open google account settings (https://myaccount.google.com) -> security -> third-party apps -> manage access -> find app -> remove access
Option 2: drop us a mail and weâll help you out.
Either way, I think we can smoothen it out in the future with how we implement this.
