I booked a trip from A to B with 3 connected flights. The airline changed the last 2 flights, including the date, time, and carrier, making the full trip unusable. The company only offered a partial refund, refusing to refund the first flight even though the journey could no longer be completed. Their refund calculation was unreasonable, valuing 2 international flights at only 25% of the total. They refused any proper solution and ended with a “take it or leave it” response.
