Do not pay for zen mode. It doesn't work. When you buy it, nothing changes, and if you reach out to the support email address provided, you'll get no response. I kept emailing for weeks until finally I filed a claim with the Play Store stating what happened so I could get a refund, since the developer would not respond to my repeated requests for either a functioning purchase or a refund. Upsetting, because if I could purchase a way out of the between-game ads, this would be my favorite app.

The summary message after each puzzle gives sycophantic LLM vibes. "You read the grid quickly and moved with purpose." Man that was a glorified connect-the-dots level, don't patronize me. Also don't love that the game forces you to complete 100+ easy puzzles just to unlock all the puzzle types. Definitely not an app for experienced puzzle-solvers.

There is a bug that drives me crazy. When I go back to do a previous day's challenge I have to first watch a 30+ second ad which often concludes by kicking me over into the Google Play app. When I return to this app it often crashes and restarts and it doesn't give me credit for watching the ad. So I can't continue playing. This happens over and over. I don't mind the app restarting, but it should remember that I chose to watch an ad and still give me credit. SO FRUSTRATING. Otherwise 5 ⭐s
