Edited: My issue is resolved. Thanks for the support team members for their less turn around time on this issue. Content is too good to learn on our own. I definitely recommend. Suggestion: if there is any downtime, please notify the users. I have purchased self learning modules. Since yesterday I could not find my purchased modules in the myvox tab. I tried to raise a ticket in multiple ways. But could not hear from them. Please fix it immediately

This app has a serious bug that needs to be fixed asap: Each lesson contains 2 or more videos but once I finish one video the following videos doesn't load & keeps on buffering. But since the lessons are in chronological order unless I finish 1 lesson fully there's no point going to the next. When I checked it's the case for every single lessons. I even checked on other devices but it's same problem. I'm very disappointed that after paying for 2 courses I get less than half of what I paid for😢.

The app is good, teaching is simple and great effort to make the students understand! But there is lack of structured syllabus for a complete beginner, or may be for an intermediate learner! What should one learn first? Is the question that pops up everytime i see the numerous courses! Also the taans are taught separately after the bandish, would have been great if both combined! Well those were the suggestions/opinions! Rest assured, definitely it is the best place for online singing classes!
