Very disappointing. Using a 2-person Yes Milano Card on one phone is extremely inconvenient: each metro entry/exit requires a new QR code valid for only one person, so you must keep passing the phone. This was not clearly explained before purchase. NFC must be turned off to avoid being charged instead of scanning the QR code, which makes public transport stressful. Some attractions were free anyway, and we were denied early entry at the Museum of Senses despite long queues. Lack of transparency

Worst experience, app is having problems all over this week, can't get into the app, can't book correct dates, seems to be a big issue that customer service is trying to resolve

The app works more or less fine but you basically get only Duomo and one other ticket. the price is not justified.
