Very disappointed I purchased a 5 year plan after it worked well for a month. The extension no longer works on my Chromebook and when I try to login to the app on my phone, it says my email isn't formatted correctly but I've checked and retyped a thousand times. It's the exact email, character for character, that I have used for this account. This is so frustrating.

This product, while it may work, is a scam. It is VERY difficult to cancel a subscription. It should be marked as fraudulent. Not only am I not able to cancel my subscription through the Play Store, it's not listed, I didn't even sign up through the Play Store. I signed up on my laptop, and there is no direct way to cancel my subscription. The customer service representative also confirmed this.

Please improve on the auto-connect at device launch feature. It is not working on my phone even when there is no restriction. Also, while VPN is connected, when I turn off the "Always-on VPN" switch in Android settings and turn on again, the VPN doesn't turn on. I have to go into VeePN app to disconnect and reconnect the VPN connection manually for it to turn on. Other VPN apps don't have this issue. It seems that the VeePN app isn't communicating well with the OS. Please also improve on this.
